汽车融资租赁业务流程
Business process of automobile financial leasing
1、承租人向租赁公司提出汽车融资租赁业务的申请并提供有关资料；
1. The lessee shall apply to the leasing company for automobile financial leasing business and provide relevant information;
2、租赁公司对承租人进行项目审查并通过；
2. The leasing company reviews and approves the project of the lessee;
3、承租人向租赁公司提供租赁担保（财产抵押或个人无限责任担保）；
3. The lessee provides lease guarantee (property mortgage or personal unlimited liability guarantee) to the leasing company;
4、租赁公司对承租人的担保进行公证备案；
4. The leasing company shall notarize and record the guarantee of the lessee;
5、租赁公司、承租人与汽车供货商签订买卖合同和车辆回购担保合同；
5. The leasing company, the lessee and the automobile supplier sign the sales contract and the vehicle repurchase guarantee contract;
6、租赁公司与承租人签订融资租赁合同；
6. The leasing company signs a financial leasing contract with the lessee;
7、承租人支付租赁保证金后，上述二合同生效；
7. The above two contracts shall come into force after the lessee pays the lease deposit;
