汽车融资租赁业务流程
Business process of automobile financial leasing
1、承租人向租赁公司提出汽车融资租赁业务的申请并提供有关资料；
1. The lessee shall apply to the leasing company for automobile financial leasing business and provide relevant information;
2、租赁公司对承租人进行项目审查并通过；
2. The leasing company reviews and approves the project of the lessee;
3、承租人向租赁公司提供租赁担保（财产抵押或个人无限责任担保）；
3. The lessee provides lease guarantee (property mortgage or personal unlimited liability guarantee) to the leasing company;
4、租赁公司对承租人的担保进行公证备案；
4. The leasing company shall notarize and record the guarantee of the lessee;
5、租赁公司、承租人与汽车供货商签订买卖合同和车辆回购担保合同；
5. The leasing company, the lessee and the automobile supplier sign the sales contract and the vehicle repurchase guarantee contract;
6、租赁公司与承租人签订融资租赁合同；
6. The leasing company signs a financial leasing contract with the lessee;
7、承租人支付租赁保证金后，上述二合同生效；
7. The above two contracts shall come into force after the lessee pays the lease deposit;
8、租赁公司向供货商支付货款；
8. The leasing company makes payment to the supplier;
9、供货商向租赁公司提交车辆发票及提货单据；
9. The supplier shall submit vehicle invoice and delivery document to the leasing company;
10、租赁公司凭供货商有效发票及单据向车辆管理部门办理牌证和登记手续；
10. The leasing company shall handle the license plate and registration procedures with the vehicle management department based on the supplier's valid invoice and documents;
11、租赁公司按合同约定向承租人交付车辆；
11. The leasing company shall deliver the vehicle to the lessee according to the contract;
12、承租方以租赁公司为受益人按合同约定向保险公司投保车辆相关保险：
12. The lessee shall take the leasing company as the beneficiary to take out vehicle related insurance from the insurance company according to the contract
13、承租人按定网站建设  伺服液位仪  防撞墙模具 唐山护栏  钢纤维 天津除甲醛  保定铝型材合同规定向租赁公司支付租金；
13. The lessee shall pay the rent to the leasing company in accordance with the contract;
14、租赁公司与承租人按约定进行余值处理；
14. The leasing company and the lessee deal with the residual value according to the agreement;
15、合同结束，租赁公司向承租人出具租赁物件所有权转移证明。
15. At the end of the contract, the leasing company shall issue the ownership transfer certificate to the lessee.
